WHAT ARE REIKI’S SHIPPING OPTIONS?
During checkout, both Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping speed—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.
We offer the following shipping options:
No Rush
● Free for orders of $150 or more, $7 for orders less than $150
Standard
● Free for orders of $180 or more, $9 for orders less than $180
Expedited
● All orders: $15
Please note, expedited shipping may not be available for all orders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
● We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
● If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
● We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
● Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

1.Which carrier is delivering my order?
When you track your package(s), you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.
2.Will I get an order confirmation notice?
Once you submit payment, you’ll see an order confirmation page with an order number, and will be sent an e-mail confirming that your order has been received with a link to view that order online. Please check your junk mail folder for the confirmation and add liwu8533@gmail.com to your safe list. We will send another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

4.when will my order be shipped? when will it arrive?
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12:00 p.m. ET will begin processing that day and will ship within 1-3 business days for in stock items, or longer depending on the time indicated on the product detail page and for made to order items. Orders placed Monday – Friday after 12:00 p.m. ET will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. ET or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. We does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.
